Lull promo codes & deals

Lull accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for purchases made through its official website. Applicable state sales taxes are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address. If you pay with a debit card, any overdraft charges imposed by your financial institution remain your responsibility. Card authorizations may temporarily hold funds before your payment is fully processed.

Lull provides free standard shipping throughout the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, though delivery times may occasionally vary due to shipping carrier delays. Once your order has been handed to carriers like FedEx or UPS, Lull doesn't assume responsibility for shipping-related delays or damage. Shipping charges associated with special services are generally non-refundable.

Yes. Every Lull mattress includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser when bought directly from Lull or an authorized retailer. The warranty will cover qualifying defects in materials and artistry, including certain visible indentations and manufacturing flaws under normal residential use. It does not cover misuse, abuse, improper foundations, stains, normal wear, or comfort preferences that develop over time.

Lull gives mattress customers an impressive 365-night sleep trial but asks them to try the mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return, so the body has time to adjust. Approved mattress returns receive a refund minus applicable processing fees, generally estimated at 10% of the retail price. Bed frames, foundations, pillows, sheets, duvet covers, and mattress protectors qualify for a 100-night return window, subject to the same processing fee requirements and eligibility conditions.
