Miss A accepts returns within 3 business days of receiving your package, for store credit only. You must email customer service within that window to initiate a claim. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Earrings, panties, opened cosmetics or brushes, jewelry, perfumes, and Seoul Scandal products are not eligible for return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Claims made after 3 business days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Miss A ships worldwide using DHL, USPS, or UPS for U.S. orders, depending on your package's size and weight. International orders ship via DHL, with final delivery handled by your local postal service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, postal strikes, or weather. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes on international orders. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once your order leaves the warehouse.

Miss A's referral program sends a $5 discount code to your friend when they sign up using your referral link and create a new account. After your friend makes their first purchase, you also receive a $5 coupon in your rewards account. Your friend must be a new customer with no existing Miss A account. Discount codes cannot be combined and must be used in a single transaction on an order subtotal greater than the code amount.

Miss A's rewards program earns you points for purchases, social shares, and other account activities. Points can be redeemed for discount codes toward future orders on shopmissa.com. You can also earn a birthday reward by entering your birth date in your account at least one month in advance. Only one coupon or discount code can be applied per order, and codes cannot be split or used partially.
